Congenital Hyperinsulinism International is offering a limited number of scholarships for hyperinsulinism families in need of financial support attending the 2019 Congenital Hyperinsulinism International Family Conference in Vienna, Austria. The scholarship will cover the cost to stay at the Renaissance Wien hotel the nights of September 20 & 21, 2019. We encourage anyone for whom this would be helpful to apply and we thank you for taking the time to complete this form. (All information provided in this application will be held in the strictest confidence).
CHI must receive this application by July 26, 2019 to guarantee a hotel room. After July 26, scholarships will be made on an as available basis. Notifications of awards will be made on a rolling basis.
