WHERE:

The conference will be held at the Wyndham Grand Athens, a superbly situated hotel within Athens’ phenomenal historic center. Its location on Karaiskaki Square near the Acropolis and the Parthenon makes it an ideal and easy to reach spot, only a short walk from the Metaxourgio Metro station. The views of the acropolis from the roof top restaurant are not to be missed. A single or double room can be booked at the hotel for 160.00 euros/night.

There are a limited number of scholarships for HI families who are coming from out of town to stay at the hotel the nights of September 24 and 25 while attending the conference. Families interested in these scholarships should complete the online scholarship form by September 9th. CHI will manage the reservations for those people attending on scholarships.

CONFERENCE COST:

Parents of children with HI, adults with HI, pediatric endocrinologists and nurses, industry members, and others interested in HI are invited to register. The conference registration is free of charge. Lunch on September 25 and 26, and dinner on September 25, are included in the conference registration package. Participants are expected to attend all conference presentations. If, for any reason, you must cancel, we ask that you let us know by September 15, so we will not be charged for your participation by the conference venue.

FOR THE KIDS:

CHI is trying to arrange babysitting in a separate room at the Wyndham Grand Athens, close to the meeting room. Children would join their parents for snacks and meals, and parents would be responsible for all medical care. Teens and young adults are welcome at the conference.
