2026 Congenital Hyperinsulinism Family Conference, September 5–7, 2026 in Marseille, France
Congenital Hyperinsulinism International (CHI) warmly invites families, clinicians, researchers, advocates, industry partners, and members of the global HI community to join us in Marseille, France, for the 2026 Congenital Hyperinsulinism Family Conference. This three-day gathering will bring together people from around the world to learn, connect, and support one another in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
This year’s conference is hosted by CHI and organized in partnership with Dr. JeanBaptiste Arnoux, MD, MSc, Pediatric Metabolic Hospital Practitioner at Necker University Hospital, Paris, and Prof. Rachel Reynaud, Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetology, Head of the Multidisciplinary Pediatrics Department, Timone Children’s University Hospital of Marseille, who will help guide the program and discussions.
The conference creates opportunities for shared learning across the HI community—bringing together lived experience, clinical expertise, research advances, and emerging innovation. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have years of experience managing HI, the conference provides meaningful education, connection, and support at every stage of the journey. For clinicians and researchers, it also offers important insight into the latest advances in HI research, as well as the lived experiences and perspectives of patients and families.
The weekend will feature a mix of educational sessions, personal stories, smallgroup discussions, and communitybuilding activities. While the full agenda and speaker list will be announced in the coming weeks, you can expect programming similar to past international CHI family conferences, that may include:
